Neha is a Program Specialist with United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). Her expertise lies in strategic programmatic interventions to drive inclusion and improve the financial health of underserved communities. She has designed and implemented innovative solutions aimed at emerging markets. She engages with low-income groups to understand their financial pain points and prevailing social norms and works closely with financial service providers, institutions, fintech and intermediate organizations to create sustainable impact at scale.
Her sectoral experience spans across financial inclusion and health, gender inclusion, MSMEs and expands across South and Southeast Asia, Africa and North-America. Earlier in her career, Neha worked as a Management Consultant leading engagements on business strategy, process design and business transformation across industries such as Healthcare and Financial services. She is an MBA graduate from the University of New Hampshire, USA and was awarded the Dean’s academic scholarship.
