About Us

Jaspreet Singh has been working in the area of financing and innovations to drive the financial health and well-being agenda globally. He established the financial innovation lab at UNCDF to unlock innovative solutions and business models which could be scaled across Asia and Africa. He leads the work of UNCDF globally on Financial Health hosted through the Centre for Financial Health and living labs, engaging with public and private sector stakeholders with a focus on contributing to SDGs. He joined UNCDF in 2015 and since then has worked on expanding the portfolio on digital across Asia. He's worked in banking across various portfolios agriculture and rural banking, SME and investment banking with ICICI Bank during mid-2000. He had worked in an advisory role in space of digital finance and inclusive finance, to various international organizations viz, World Bank, UN, IFC, other global consulting firms and implementing organizations including banks, telcos, tech companies across Asia, Africa and Pacific on a variety of engagements ranging from product to strategy.

Rakhi is a senior development professional with over two decades of experience across several countries like India, Indonesia and Singapore. She has led programmes and worked extensively on sustainable development agendas, financial inclusion, impact investing and sustainable cities. She has long experience of building partnerships, designing innovative programmes and knowledge management to make this world a better place for all. Rakhi is an alumnus of US Department of State’s fellowship program – International Visitors Leadership Program that recognises leaders across a diverse range of sectors and holds a Master degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Ankita Singh is the research and insights specialist at UNCDF- Centre for Financial Health. She believes that data-driven evidence combined with the approach of storytelling is the key to develop powerful narratives. She designs context-led research on themes including financial health, livelihood and social norms.

Mayank helps UNCDF in diagnosing and improving people’s financial health. He has 10+ years of experience in leveraging data and analytics to create impactful inclusive finance and sustainability solutions for the excluded segments. He is the recipient of the prestigious Finance & Sustainability Award by French SIF and UNPRI for his research on fossil-fuel divestment and alternative asset allocation strategies. He received his MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in applied chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
